THE HAIR AND MAKEUP PROJECT
The Hair and Makeup Project is set across two beautifully designed floors and offers far more than just hair and makeup. Alongside expert cutting and colour services in our stunning first-floor salon, we also have a dedicated nail bar, private treatment room, and a wide range of beauty services including brow and lash treatments.
Our newly refurbished makeup studio is home to themed masterclasses and parties for pre-teens and teens, as well as our much-loved 1:1 makeup lessons, Learn Your Own Face, designed to help you feel confident doing your own makeup.
Whether it’s a bouncy Blowdry to get you ready for the weekend or a full makeover for that big event, The Hair And Makeup Project has got you covered. Our stylish salon is like a home from home our clients often tell us they never want to leave.
LOCATION
Our gorgeous salon is nestled in the picturesque town of Ilkley, West Yorkshire. Recently voted the best place to live in the UK, by the Sunday Times, Ilkley has it all & we are so proud to be a part of the community here.
In between the stunning riverside & the busy main shopping district, The Grove, we are situated on the A64, which is one of the busiest roads in the county, the gateway to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales & The Lake District beyond that. We are located in a grade 2 listed cottage which has views of Ilkley Moor.
Parking–
There is a car park less than 100 yards from the salon, along with plenty of free on-street parking nearby, making visits easy and convenient for all of our clients.
We have lots of luxury extras for our clients to make every visit one to remember, which is probably the reason we come highly recommended. We have an alcohol licence & fully stocked bar offering lots of delicious drinks, including cocktails & fiz.
We also have a barista style coffee machine for those coffee lovers! As well as a wide selection of speciality teas & soft drinks.
Customer experience & care is paramount to us & at the heart of everything we do. Quiet appointments are on offer at your request. & nothing is too much trouble for our team. We want all our customers & clients to feel at home with us, whether returning/loyal or new.
